New Contemporary Townhouse

Soul House was conceived as a contemporary townhouse inspired by the enduring character of British townhouses and the quiet elegance of European interiors. The brief for the project was to create a light-filled home on a narrow site with timeless proportions, carefully layered materials and a sense of permanence.

The planning prioritises natural light, generous circulation and strong visual connections between spaces. Carefully integrated storage, refined detailing and balanced proportions ensure the home feels calm and uncluttered, allowing architecture and natural materials to take centre stage.

 

Oak flooring, natural Travertine stone, soft whites and muted textures establish a restrained palette that will age gracefully.

 

Soul House is a home designed to mature beautifully over time—an elegant and healing environment that enriches everyday living.
